Email aliases
Email aliases allow you to create any email address you want @yourdomain, and have email to that address go to a real account. That account could be @llamacom.com, or @yourisp.

Email aliases can be added and removed by using the control panel.

When you press the "Email aliases" button, you will see a list of current aliases and a form for adding new ones. You can remove current aliases by pressing the "del" button next to each one. To add an alias, enter the alias name and email address in the form.

Your new email address will be alias@yourdomain.com. Any mail sent there will be passed on to the email address you specified.

If you do not have a domain name and add an email alias, the new address will be alias-username@llamacom.com. If your username is bob and you add an alias called fred, you actually create bob-fred@llamacom.com.

By default, email to anyone@yourdomain.com is sent to the email address you specified when you signed up. To change this, add an alias called "default" and pick a new email address. If you want to read your mail by telnetting in, use username@llamacom.com as the address.
