A POP-3 account is an account and email address that you can use to retrieve mail without going through your ISP's mail system.
Your main username and password functions as a POP-3 account which you can use right away. Just use llamacom.com as your POP-3 server for incoming mail. Use your usual SMTP server for outgoing mail.
If your package includes more POP-3 accounts, email us with the usernames you'd like. When created, the email address will be username@llamacom.com. If you have a domain, you can then create an email alias using your control panel. Just add an alias with a username, and have it point to your new username@llamacom.com email address.
For example, if your domain is domain.com, and you want to create person@domain.com:
1) Email us with the address you'd like to create, such as person@domain.com.
2) You'll receive an email with the password for that account.
3) Now create an email alias called person, which points to person@llamacom.com.
